DESCRIPTION: 45 Isabella St is a renovation of two existing buildings into spec office space in Charleston’s NOMO neighborhood. The buildings formerly functioned as the adjacent church’s administrative offices and fellowship hall. The design maintains a visual and spatial distinction between the structures but introduces a single unifying element by way of a storefront band that incorporates all entries.
